Strictly no returns, unless item/s is/are faulty. To proceed with the return policy, contact us on our instagram through direct messages, number or email, and we will gladly assist you.
Exchange is available within 14 days of purchase. All the exchange costs are on the customer and an extra parcel must be sent back to complete the exchange. We only offer and accept an exchange if the item/s is/are unused and in perfect resellable condition. All items must have tags still attached, unwashed and unworn.
For hygiene purposes, no exchange or refunds on scarves and shawls.
